Garlic Scape Powder

Garlic Scape Powder is the newest addition to the Deliereous Farms family! Scape powder is a beautiful green color, with a more mild garlic flavor. Our scapes grow in the spring from our organically grown hard-neck variety of garlic. We take the stems and prepare them for dehydration to give you a great alternative to the traditional garlic powder and is wonderful for those sensitive to traditional garlic and adds a fun color to your dishes!

We currently ship using the USPS (United States Post Office), but always look to see if other shipping options are more cost effective. There is a minimum order of 1lb of garlic for shipping. Pricing is dependent on weight and will final cost will be determined at the time of shipping. If the cost is more or less than expected, we will contact you before shipment. Most shipping costs will be between $10.00-$16.00, this is subject to change.
